Cheli began her aviation career in 1996 at Bridgeford Flying Services at Napa County Airport, where she remained for 26 years as the company underwent several rebrandings and acquisitions. In 2022, she joined Blue Skies Aviation & Logistics as Director of Charter Sales & Operations. Cheli holds an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher’s License and is the Chair of “SONO,” the California Schedulers and Dispatchers Organization, an NBAA subcommittee. She has been a speaker at multiple NBAA Conferences, covering topics like marketing, networking, trip scheduling, and fostering strong crew/dispatch relationships. A past recipient of the NBAA Training Scholarship, Cheli has also been actively involved in recruiting new scholarship applicants. In addition to her extensive experience in charter operations, Cheli holds degrees in Spanish and Biology.
Bruce Laney joined the Blue Skies team in the summer of 2022, bringing 25 years of extensive experience in aviation maintenance. Throughout his career, Bruce has held various roles, including... Technician, Chief Inspector, Director of Maintenance for a Part 145 operation, and General Manager.
Outside of work, Bruce is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Jennifer. And together, they have three wonderful children.
